1. About Us
VITHEMOR is a trading name of Ragim Guseinov, a sole trader based in England.

These Terms apply to your use of vithemor.com (the “Website”) and to any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Return & Refund Policy, Warranty & Shipping page and Privacy Policy.

2. Our Products
VITHEMOR watches are made in numbered, limited editions. Once an edition sells out, it is not produced again.

We make every effort to show our watches accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in British Pounds (£) for UK customers and US Dollars ($) for US customers. Prices include shipping. [For US orders, prices also include all import duties and taxes.] UK prices include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payment is taken when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.

If a price on the Website is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Your Order
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we send a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Because editions are limited, a watch may very rarely sell out before we can process your order. If this happens, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Shipping
We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States with tracked delivery. Shipping is included in the price. Delivery times are listed on our Warranty & Shipping page. These are estimates, not guarantees, but if your order is seriously delayed, we will help resolve it.

6. Returns and Refunds
You can return an unworn watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Full conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Warranty
Every VITHEMOR watch has a minimum 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage beyond the stated water resistance, or repairs made by anyone other than VITHEMOR. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights. UK customers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, photos, videos, designs and the VITHEMOR name and logo, belongs to VITHEMOR. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Our Liability
If we fail to meet these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Using the Website
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful or misleading content, or to try to gain unauthorised access to it. We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules.

11. Third-Party Services
The Website uses third-party services such as payment providers, delivery partners and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they handle your information.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in your local courts. Nothing in this section removes any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
