VITHEMOR is a trading name of Ragim Guseinov, a sole trader registered in England. We are the “data controller” responsible for your personal data.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from vithemor.com (the “Website”), how we use it and what rights you have. It applies to customers in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.

Information you give us:

• name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address;
• order details and purchase history;
• messages you send us by email, contact form or Instagram;
• your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter;
• reviews you choose to leave.

Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, device and browser type;
• pages viewed, time on site and how you arrived at the Website;
• information from cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing.

4. Who We Share It With
We share data only with providers that help us run the business:

• Shopify: online store and checkout;
• Payment providers: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna. If you choose Klarna, Klarna may carry out its own checks under its own privacy policy;
• Delivery partners: [Royal Mail, DHL, UPS], who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order;
• Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and Meta (Instagram/Facebook), only if you accept these cookies;
• Email and reviews: [Shopify Email], [Judge.me], [Trustpilot].

We may also share data if required by law. We never sell your personal information.

5. International Transfers
Some providers, such as Shopify and Meta, process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on legal safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK–US Data Bridge.

6. How Long We Keep It

• Orders and invoices: 6 years, as required by UK tax law.
• Warranty and support messages: up to 2 years after the warranty ends.
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: up to [14] months.

7. Cookies
We use:

• Essential cookies: needed for the cart and checkout. These are always on.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand how the Website is used.
• Marketing cookies: including the Meta Pixel, used to measure and personalise ads.

We only send marketing emails if you subscribe. Every email includes an “Unsubscribe” link, or you can email us to stop.

• object to or restrict how we use it;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority. We’d appreciate the chance to resolve it first.

10. US Customers
We do not sell your personal information. We do use cookies for targeted advertising, as described in Section 7. You can opt out at any time through cookie preferences, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals from your browser. You may also ask us what data we hold about you and request that it be deleted, by emailing info@vithemor.com.

11. Children
Our Website is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Security
The Website uses SSL encryption, and only authorised people can access customer data. No online system is fully secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy. The current version and its “Last updated” date will always be on this page.
