Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Each VITHEMOR timepiece is inspected and tested before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including the box, certificate, and warranty card).

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@vithemor.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide detailed instructions and a return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund or apply a partial deduction.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items only.

  • If you need to exchange an item, email info@vithemor.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement where available or offer an alternative solution.


Non-returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used watches or accessories

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Gift cards
