Shipping is included in the price of every VITHEMOR watch. No extra cost at checkout.
We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom from our London studio. Every order is sent with full tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for US orders are included in the price. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Packaging
Each watch arrives in a VITHEMOR presentation box with its numbered edition card.
6-Month Warranty
Every VITHEMOR timepiece is covered for 6 months from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, including the automatic movement.
If anything goes wrong, contact us. We will repair or replace your watch at no cost, including shipping both ways.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear such as scratches on the case, bracelet or crystal;
- damage from impact, accidents or misuse;
- water damage beyond the stated water resistance;
- repairs or opening of the case by anyone other than VITHEMOR.
Returns

How to Make a Claim
Email info@vithemor.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue. We reply within 24 hours.
